Dubai floods: Sheikh Hamdan orders early payment of salaries for govt employees

In response to the torrential downpours that swept through the region on Tuesday, April 16, Dubai's Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan, ordered that government employees in the city receive their paychecks earlier than usual.
